I’m sure you’ve heard about the newest gastropub in Cebu that gives you a taste of imported and craft beers as well as gastronomic dishes made from the best ingredients. Yes, I am talking about Brewer’s Kitchen =)
Hailing from the City of Love, Brewer’s Kitchen traces its roots from Rooftop Brewery in Smallville, Iloilo City. Then, it founded Brewery Gastropub in Pison Avenue in 2015. Later it expanded to the City of Smile where owners’ Gus and Pauline Banusing opened a branch in Paseo Verde, Madalagan, Bacolod City in April 2017.
Their latest venture is Cebu’s very own Brewer’s Kitchen. It opened last June 16 and was warmly welcomed by Cebuanos who are known for their good taste in food and drinks.
Brewery is the first in Iloilo to serve Italian Merlot wine by the draft. They also serve popular draft beers such as Hoegaarden and Stella Artois. Brewer’s Kitchen is also the first Cebu gastropub to serve draft wine.
Imported and Craft Beers
Brewer’s Kitchen has more than 100 imported beers, nine handcrafted fresh beers in draft and almost 40 kinds of single malts and popular liquors from around the world and counting.
